About the role

  • Want to do more than just bookkeeping? With us you will have a responsible role reporting directly to the CFO.
  • Take ownership of central accounting processes and actively contribute to development and automation initiatives.
  • Support the preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements under HGB and IFRS.
  • Your tasks include posting routine business transactions as well as performing account reconciliations and plausibility checks.
  • Ensure accurate and well-structured bookkeeping and actively support the further development, digitization and automation of accounting processes.
  • You will also participate in special finance projects, particularly from an accounting and reporting perspective.

Requirements

  • Completed commercial training, e.g. tax clerk (Steuerfachangestellte/r), certified accounting specialist (Bilanzbuchhalter/in), or a degree in business administration/finance.
  • Several years of practical experience in accounting.
  • Solid knowledge of financial reporting under HGB and IFRS.
  • Experience with ERP systems — SAP knowledge is required.
  • Excellent Excel skills.
  • Experience in accounting transformations or ERP migrations (e.g. from DATEV to SAP) is an advantage.
  • Structured, careful and independent working style.
  • Very good German skills and good English skills.
