About the role
- Design, implement, and continuously improve scalable, AI-driven People Operations processes
- Execute onboarding and offboarding processes
- Administer and maintain our HRIS system (Personio)
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulatory frameworks
- Lead and coordinate payroll processes
- Draft, update, and manage employment contracts
- Assist in full-cycle recruiting efforts
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in People Operations or HR
- In-depth knowledge of Lithuanian labor law
- Experience with HRIS and ATS systems (Personio is a strong plus)
- Fluency in English; knowledge of German is a plus
