About the role
- Manage bookkeeping, bank reconciliations, and financial reporting
- Prepare balance sheets, P&Ls, and budget tracking
- Issue invoices and manage client collections
- Process monthly payroll, bonuses, and commissions
- Prepare employment contracts and manage onboarding
- Maintain employee records and track leave balances
- Administer employee benefits and medical insurance
- Act as the main contact for vendor and provider coordination
- Support team members with HR, payroll, and general inquiries
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field
- 3-5 years of experience in accounting + HR/operations
- Proficiency in accounting software and advanced Excel skills
- Strong attention to detail and love for organization
- Great communicator with a proactive, problem-solving attitude
- Experience with payroll processing and HR administration
