QA Engineer

• Responsible for serving as the primary liaison between DC teams and corporate functions for QA related escalations and process enhancements.
• Responsible for establishing, enforcing, and continuously improving vendor compliance and quality standards across the supply chain network.
• Partners closely with Distribution Operations, Finance, and other cross functional teams to ensure accurate inventory control practices, resolve vendor- and purchase order–related issues, and drive operational consistency across Distribution Centers (DCs).
• Define, update, and enforce vendor quality and packaging guidelines to ensure inbound shipments meet company requirements.
• Receive feedback from DCs and communicate violations of Vendor Compliance Programs, including expectations, corrective actions, and continuous improvement processes.
• Collaborate with Merchandising, Sourcing, and Logistics to address recurring vendor quality issues and drive long term supplier performance improvements.
• Partner with Distribution Operations to ensure inventory control processes are standardized and effectively executed across all DCs.
• Conduct regular field visits to assess quality compliance, support improvement initiatives, and reinforce the company's quality culture.
• Develop and deliver training programs, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and best practices to ensure consistent performance across all DC locations.
• Monitor and analyze quality performance metrics, root cause issues, and inventory accuracy trends to recommend improvements.
• Support Distribution Centers in resolving vendor discrepancies, purchase order (PO) issues, and inbound shipment irregularities.
• Implement corrective actions and preventive measures to ensure accuracy, reduce defects, and improve DC operational flow.
• Work closely with Finance to ensure alignment on inventory accuracy, reconciliation procedures, and audit readiness.
• Provide direction, coaching, and leadership to Distribution Center Quality Assurance Managers.

Supply Chain Quality Assurance Manager

Customer Support

• Responsible for maximizing sales targets within an assigned territory.
• Work in a team-sales setting to support field sales in managing all sales activities, including prospecting, quoting, purchasing, vendor management, expediting, lead follow-up, and performing data analysis for trends at the account and product level.
• Handles sales quotas for assigned territory.
• Ensures customers’ needs and expectations regarding their order are met.
• Follows through with requests to completion or delegates to internal partners.
• Provides product and pricing information to customers via phone or email.
• Obtains and prepares bid documents.
• Contributes to the maintenance of lasting relationships with customers through knowledgeable communication and proactive resolution of questions or issues.
• Provides support to field-based staff to support productivity.
• Manages all aspects of the order cycle as necessary to ensure customer satisfaction including prospecting, quoting, purchasing, vendor management, expediting, and lead follow-up.
• Analyzes sales trends at the account and product level within assigned territory.
• Creates and executes action plans with the extended sales team.
• Promotes the organization’s product line and services and supports marketing campaigns.
• Executes the complete sales process from engaging potential clients to following up to ensure order satisfaction.
• Provides updates and feedback, and escalates issues appropriately to the sales and leadership teams.
• Negotiates and closes sales within current pricing, discount structure, and average pricing goals to meet or exceed sales goals for assigned territory.

Field Sales Support Specialist

• Reviews key sales metrics including sales growth, sales category penetration & safety, and gross profit percentage goal.
• Focuses on areas for improvement and upcoming projects.
• Trains and provides coaching of sales associates in effective selling processes and techniques.
• Leads, engages, and inspires team to ensure they are focused on the best opportunities with the highest overall sales potential.
• Provides regular feedback for improvement and ensures accountability and focus to drive profitable business results.
• Spends at least 4 days a week with different Account Managers.
• Trains and provides coaching of Account Managers in effective selling processes and techniques.
• Seeks customer feedback overall company performance and develop strategies for improvement if needed.
• Appropriately shares feedback with Functional leadership to improve customer experience.
• Conducts monthly one-on-one accountability sales team reviews with account managers and other staff.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
