Customer Support

• Responsible for purchasing products for assigned customers and ensuring inventory is available based on customer needs.
• Provides resolution on product needs and ensure products are available for purchase on the company microsite.
• Leads the product management process by ensuring efficient buying procedures including proper inventory levels at the appropriate time and circumstance.
• Provides customer resolution such as locating inventory based on customers’ needs, parts logistics, and documenting and researching any difficulty with equipment or processes.
• Administers inventory orders and follows through to ensure completion.
• Conducts monthly profit analysis to ensure margins are achieved and provides forecasts for the following month.
• Partners with E-Commerce peers to guarantee the company's microsite is in the system with the appropriate pricing.
• Provides pricing recommendations, prepares margins based on company guidelines, and maintains pricing sheets.

e-Business Customer Care Specialist

• Reviews key sales metrics including sales growth, sales category penetration & safety, and gross profit percentage goal
• Focuses on areas for improvement and upcoming projects
• Trains and provides coaching of sales associates in effective selling processes and techniques
• Leads, engages, and inspires team to ensure they are focused on the best opportunities with the highest overall sales potential
• Provides regular feedback for improvement and ensures accountability and focus to drive profitable business results
• Spends at least 4 days a week with different Account Managers
• Trains and provides coaching of Account Managers in effective selling processes and techniques
• Seeks customer feedback overall company performance and develop strategies for improvement if needed
• Appropriately shares feedback with Functional leadership to improve customer experience
• Conducts monthly one-on-one accountability sales team reviews with account managers and other staff
• Performs other duties as assigned

• Designing and implementing high-performance data pipelines, APIs, and integrations
• Building and maintaining batch and streaming data pipelines using Databricks
• Developing and managing inbound/outbound data feeds via APIs, SFTP, pub/sub, or middleware platforms
• Building and optimizing data models in Postgres and synchronizing with analytical layers
• Collaborating with product, architecture, and InfoSec teams to ensure secure data movement
• Implementing data quality, observability, and governance standards
• Automating deployment and testing with CI/CD tools
• Refactoring existing data pipelines to modern, scalable approaches
• Creating build vs buy proposals
• Implementing “greenfield” solutions or integrating 3rd party apps
