About the role
- Responsible for leading the analytics function as the centralized source of truth for omnichannel reporting and data‑driven decision making
- Owns the technical foundation of the analytics ecosystem, including tagging implementation, measurement frameworks, data governance, and dashboard development
- Partners closely with Marketing, Product Management, eProcurement, and Insite teams to enable data‑informed strategies that drive performance across the omnichannel organization
- Serves as the authoritative source for executive and leadership reporting by building, maintaining, and continuously improving dashboards that provide actionable insights across key business functions
- Owns and maintain the comprehensive tagging strategy and implementation across all digital properties
- Partners strategically with marketing, product management, eProcurement, and Insite leaders to ensure their teams have the insights, tools, and analytical support needed to make data-informed decisions
- Build and oversee a rigorous experimentation program that enables evidence-based decision making across product, marketing, and customer experience initiatives
- Build and lead a high-performing analytics team capable of delivering on the organization’s expanding analytical needs
Requirements
- Typically requires a bachelor’s degree and 10+ years of experience in a related field OR MS/MA and generally 8+ years of experience in a related field
- 5+ years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, or related field with progressive responsibility
- 2+ years of people management or team leadership experience
- Demonstrated expertise in tag management implementation and digital analytics platforms i.e. Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics 360, Amplitude, or similar
- Proven track record building dashboards and self-service reporting solutions in BI tools i.e.Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar
- Strong background in A/B testing methodology, experimental design, and statistical analysis
- Experience in B2B, eCommerce, or omnichannel retail environments preferred
- Proficiency with tag management systems i.e. Adobe Launch, Google Tag Manager, Tealium
- Proficiency with data visualization and business intelligence platforms
- Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and ETL processes
- Exceptional communication skills, strong project‑management capability, the ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse audiences.
