About the role

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives, processes, and systems requirements.
  • Document comprehensive business and functional requirements documents, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Conduct thorough analysis of existing systems and processes to identify areas for improvement.
  • Analyze complex data and processes to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and evaluate potential solutions, including technology solutions and process changes.
  • Create and recommend innovative solutions that address business challenges and opportunities.
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including executives, department heads, and end-users.
  • Facilitate workshops, interviews, and meetings to elicit information and gather feedback.
  • Prepare and present reports, dashboards, and visualizations to support decision-making.
  • Identify inefficiencies in existing workflows and propose solutions for process optimization.
  • Lead or contribute to project planning and execution, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Develop and execute test plans and test cases to ensure the quality of delivered solutions.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of business requirements, processes, and solutions.
  • Identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them, ensuring business continuity and compliance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience in Agile or other project management methodologies
  • Adaptability to changing priorities and business needs.
  • Experience in the Pre-Engineer Metal Building industry is a plus.
