About the role

  • Seamlessly transition clinicians from the credentialing phase into their active onboarding and training workflows
  • Guide clinicians through a structured 30/60/90-day success roadmap
  • Constantly audit the onboarding funnel
  • Monitor and report on clinician success metrics
  • Act as the direct point of contact for clinicians in their first 3 months

Requirements

  • 3+ years of dedicated experience in Onboarding, or a high-level Operational role
  • You have worked in a fast-paced startup environment
  • Strong ability to pull insights from Airtable, Looker & Google sheets
  • Sophisticated verbal and written skills; you are comfortable engaging with MD, DOs and NPs as a professional peer
