About the role
- Building and leading an established and growing International sales team as a strategic executive
- Serving and effectively working closely alongside the European leadership team to lead and conduct day-to-day business
- Own and execute a sales strategy while working closely with key peers across Marketing, Product, Finance, and Operations
- Build a strong sales engine; improve sales operations and utilise predictable, repeatable sales roadmaps
- Drive accountability and key growth outcomes as it relates to the full sales life cycle
- Harness data to drive and proactively modify a go-to-market playbook
- Maintain a deep understanding of customer use cases and product capabilities across the B2B and B2C motions
- Drive operational excellence and accountability to achieve results
- Being a strong developer of talent; inspiring, a true player-coach and a mentor
Requirements
- Fluent in English and German
- Must live within commuting distance of our London, UK or Berlin, Germany hubs
