About the role
- Ensure implementation of quality management (QM) requirements across the region's facilities
- Conduct internal audits, on-site inspections and documentation reviews
- Prepare for, support during, and follow up on Medical Service (MD) and nursing home supervisory authority inspections
- Train and coach staff on QM, nursing care and documentation topics
- Support management with quality analyses and development of action plans
- Continuously monitor and improve care and support processes on site
Requirements
- Completed qualification as a registered nurse
- Prior professional experience in residential elderly care
- Further training/certification in quality management
- Solid knowledge of legal requirements (SGB XI, expert standards, MD audit criteria)
- Confident use of care documentation (SIS/structure model)
- Willingness to travel and a valid class B driving licence
