About the role
- Designs, develops, delivers, and evaluates training programs for enrollment staff
- Supports the full training lifecycle, including onboarding, technical skills development, sustainment training, and professional growth initiatives
- Creates scalable eLearning and instructor-led experiences using best practices in instructional design
- Collaborates with subject matter experts to develop learning solutions
- Supports high-profile training projects, partners with leadership on talent development
- Provides data-driven insights to measure impact
- Conducts training needs analysis and collaborates with stakeholders
- Facilitates training sessions, webinars, and workshops
- Creates and maintains training materials
- Integrates and teaches the effective use of learning technologies
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in education, Organizational Development, Instructional Design, Communication, or related field
- 2 years of experience in training delivery, instructional design, learning development, or related professional development roles
- Experience with Articulate360 (Rise, Storyline)
- Advanced proficiency with other educational technology platforms and authoring tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (illustrator preferred), and Lucidchart
- Advanced experience with Learning Management Systems (e.g. Canvas, Cornerstone, OwlEdge) and collaboration tools (e.g., MS Office, SharePoint, Teams)
- Demonstrated knowledge and application of adult learning principles, distance-learning best practices, and instructional design models (e.g. ADDIE, Design Thinking, Agile for Learning projects)
- Demonstrated experience with Agile, Design Thinking, or other iterative models for learning.
- Equivalent relevant experience performing the essential functions of this job may substitute for education degree requirements.
