Assume responsibility for meeting pipeline requirements for the assigned region
Execute a set of demand-generation activities to achieve defined regional pipeline targets
Anticipate issues through reporting and data analysis; manage the lead queue in Salesforce
Promote best use of demand-generation tools within sales teams and share standard processes. Examples: SalesLoft, Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Salesforce
Update SalesLoft cadences.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Advertising, or equivalent sales experience
2+ years of experience as a BDR or equivalent role
Previous experience in the SaaS or Tech sector
Fluent in English
Proven track record of meeting and/or exceeding targets by managing processes to identify, qualify, and close new business, and expanding the existing installed base
Prior experience developing and maintaining business plans, sales strategies, and vertical market approaches, as well as negotiating and closing complex deals
Experience training, coaching, and enabling teams in high-growth environments
Strong verbal and written communication skills, including excellent CRM reporting abilities
Motivated, enthusiastic, and hard-working attitude
Ability to build strong commercial/business relationships
