Work closely with Technology and Digital leadership to enable seamless execution of strategic priorities
Drive impact by aligning teams across departments and supporting proactive planning
Own and drive end-to-end technical implementation programs and workstreams
Monitor progress and recommend necessary adjustments to surface risks of program execution
Engage with stakeholders to ensure visibility, provide updates, and address concerns
Identify technical risks related to infrastructure performance, capacity, security, and compliance
Identify, document, and manage dependencies across multiple projects, technologies, and teams

Requirements

BS/BA Degree in technical/information science or a related field, or equivalent experience
7+ years of relevant experience in technical program management
Significant experience in technical leadership overseeing key projects at the Enterprise level
Deep understanding of project delivery in a technical environment
Familiarity with identity management and authentication protocols and concepts
Familiarity with cloud computing platforms and services (AWS, Azure, GCP)
Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools
Proactive leadership and motivation skills
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to anticipate risks and effectively mitigate them
