Work with potential customers to understand their challenges and goals related to fleet operations and position WEX Premium Telematics Services to provide an excellent customer experience.
Use proven sales skills to negotiate and close contracts with new and existing customers to deliver on sales quota and targets.
Manage existing customer business reorders, upsells, and renewals.
Provide feedback on customer needs to improve solutions.
Become a Subject Matter Expert with strong knowledge of best practices, industry trends, and the competitive landscape.
Quickly learn new products and product upgrades to effectively position them to customers.
Utilize Salesforce daily to maintain accurate records of all sales activities.
Work closely with the WEX Telematics Customer Success Team to ensure post-sale activities are successful.
Collaborate with other WEX sales teams to execute against referral opportunities.

Requirements

3 to 5 years sales experience
Associate's degree or bachelor's degree is a preferred qualification
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong sales skills
Must be proficient with Salesforce; knowledge of Google G Suite is also helpful
Previous experience with telematics, fleet management, fuel cards, or cloud-based applications is preferred.
