About the role
- Plan, implement, and guide sales strategies and activities for Westlake Royal Building Products
- Provide effective coaching, development, and leadership to regional sales teams
- Assist in exceeding the service expectations from key customers
- Manage the region and territories to grow revenue and profitability
- Develop regional business plans based on analysis of Company’s strategic plan
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in a functional sales role
- Strong organization, communication and computer skills (MS office suite, specifically excel)
- Proven strategic, analytical and critical thinking
- Effective and persuasive speaking and presentation skills
- Ability to work with high level executives as well as support personnel
