About the role
- Ensure the technical execution and timely completion of interventions in accordance with the contract
- Act as the technical lead for on-site personnel
- Serve as the primary technical point of contact for the client regarding the intervention
- Optimize the technical, contractual, and economic delivery of interventions
- Ensure compliance with contractual requirements
- Provide the client with advice and technical expertise on operations during production phases
- Complete all intervention tracking and traceability documentation
- Organize and assign work to teams
- Ensure works proceed smoothly while meeting quality standards and delivery deadlines
Requirements
- Technical background, at a minimum in one of the following areas: mechanical, materials, radiation protection, nuclear welding
- OFC technical skills – 10 years' experience required
- Management experience
- Interface management
- Strong communication, leadership, and teamwork skills
- Rigour and a strong sense of responsibility
- Good organizational skills, autonomy, and the ability to anticipate
