About the role

  • Develop and implement the enterprise talent acquisition strategy aligned to business priorities, workforce planning, and growth goals.
  • Lead a high performing talent acquisition organization that supports both high-volume and specialized hiring needs.
  • Serve as a thought partner to senior executives on labor market trends, competitive intelligence, and evolving talent needs.
  • Drive adoption of operational standards, operating principles, and service level expectations across all sites and regions.
  • Manage KPIs related to on-time delivery, time-based metrics, hiring manager satisfaction, and recruiter capacity and productivity.
  • Deploy scalable, standardized recruiting processes that improve efficiency, accuracy, and compliance.
  • Promote continuous improvement, ensuring processes evolve with business growth, market conditions, and regulatory changes.
  • Partner across the talent acquisition team to refine workflows and support data-driven decision-making.
  • Lead, coach, and develop a global talent acquisition team.
  • Provide training and coaching for recruiters and hiring managers on interviewing, selection, and talent market dynamics.
  • Be a trusted advisor to HRBPs and senior leaders, meeting workforce needs with timely, high-quality talent.
  • Use analytics and insights to forecast hiring needs and improve talent acquisition performance.

Requirements

  • 12+ years of progressive TA leadership experience to include 5+ years of people leadership in a mid-to-large, global organization
  • Experience deploying a global recruiting strategy for a large business unit or enterprise with complex talent needs
  • Expertise in recruiting best practices, employment law, and compliance requirements
  • Experience managing and developing high performing teams
  • Proficiency in talent acquisition enabling technology platforms and recruiting analytics
  • Experience within a manufacturing, engineering, energy, or similarly complex industry
  • Experience using data to influence leadership decisions
  • Executive level communication and consulting skills.
