About the role
- Oversee daily operations of the BHI Energy contract
- Manage safety and safe work performance for all personnel
- Ensure all work is performed following design, budget and schedule
- Report to the Director of Operations
- Assign work activities for efficiency and productivity
- Provide overall multi-site administrative and technical management expertise for maintenance and project work
- Supervise the BHI Energy contract at the assigned station/plant
- Prepare reports on progress, materials used and costs
- Order procurement of tools and materials to conform to work schedules
- Confer with supervisory personnel to resolve complaints
- Inspect work in progress to ensure conformance to specifications
- Plan, coordinate and manage on-site functions including scheduling, engineering, and material control
- Assist in developing project procedures and operational processes
- Implement and ensure compliance with company and client policies
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business or a related field
- 5+ years of related supervisory experience in a power facility or related area of expertise
- Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered
- Working knowledge of nuclear power equipment capabilities, nuclear power facility technical expertise, and a proven facility maintenance background
