About the role

  • Follow the pre-fabrication and installation process addressing technical issues related to the fabrication, assembly and construction phases of the project.
  • Interact promptly with the installation organization and refine the solutions with the design group
  • Lead and control of technical justification of design changes.
  • Troubleshoot emergent technical issues

Requirements

  • 10 years of technical project execution and/or field installation experience.
  • Knowledge of the theories, principles, practice and techniques for designing steel structures, piping, supports.
  • Knowledge of the rigging and handling practices, the related standards, regulations, codes and directives and how they are applied.
  • Proficiency in French and English languages in reading and writing
  • Knowledge of construction codes as they apply in the Nuclear industry (ASME B&PV Code- Section III, RCC-M Code, AISC- Allowable Stress Design of Steel Construction, Eurocode 3: Design of Steel Structures).
