About the role

  • Manage the APX Delivery global proposal development efforts.
  • Lead the preparation, coordination, and delivery of technical proposals for nuclear plant projects with a team of technical offer coordinators.
  • Involves cross-functional, cross-company collaboration with engineering, project management, supply chain, and commercial teams.
  • Interface across APX Delivery functions, the APX Project Development & Partnerships (PDP) deal execution team, and business support functions during offer development and contract negotiations.
  • Maintain integrated and comprehensive proposal dashboard, schedule, status tracking and reporting for all APX proposals.
  • Develop proposal strategies including win themes, competitive analysis, discriminators, winning executive summaries and compelling business cases.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field
  • 10+ years of experience with progressive commercial leadership experience.
  • Knowledge of proposal development tools and business development life cycles.
