💰 $90 - $93 per hour

About the role

  • Responsible for the overall Service Entry Sheet and WO2Pay Program Support.
  • Support will include onboarding suppliers, daily/weekly reporting, training employees and suppliers, supporting the billing platform conversion process, SharePoint management, etc.
  • You may also oversee the coordination and completion of projects that are small to moderate in scope, risk, and organizational span, including subprojects or larger, more complex projects.
  • Manages multiple projects and/or initiatives and orchestrates the results to achieve program success.
  • Define and report program status, development issues and success metrics.
  • Identifies and monitors areas of risk.
  • Seeks opportunities to improve cost, performance and schedule.
  • Facilitates communication and coordination among projects.
  • Manages partner engagement and satisfaction.
  • Maintains awareness of trends, business conditions and internal practices improving component projects or overall program. Follows standard project management methodologies and reporting techniques

Requirements

  • Utility industry experience preferred
  • 5 years of experience discussed
  • Analytical abilities across large, complex organizations.
  • Experience drafting and presenting business process documentation.
  • Power BI, SharePoint and Excel along with other technical skills
