About the role

  • Oversee onboarding and training of both internal and external new hires into the APX Delivery Stream organization
  • Oversee creation, development, and implementation of an APX Delivery Stream University to include professional development, skills assessment and tracking, and continuous learning
  • Oversee the creation, development, and implementation of a formal mentorship program for the APX Delivery Stream organization
  • Manage the internal communications program for the APX Delivery Stream organization including Town Halls, weekly newsletters, office display information, and personnel recognition
  • Provide regular updates to stakeholders, including executive leadership, on program status, challenges, and achievements
  • Serve as primary contact for talent management and communications for the APX Delivery Stream organization
  • Support development of Delivery Stream Functional Excellence staffing forecast

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 7+ years of relevant experience; at least 3 years in a leadership role
  • Experience creating and delivering training programs
  • Experience teaching adults
  • Experience in public speaking
