About the role
- Oversee onboarding and training of both internal and external new hires into the APX Delivery Stream organization
- Oversee creation, development, and implementation of an APX Delivery Stream University to include professional development, skills assessment and tracking, and continuous learning
- Oversee the creation, development, and implementation of a formal mentorship program for the APX Delivery Stream organization
- Manage the internal communications program for the APX Delivery Stream organization including Town Halls, weekly newsletters, office display information, and personnel recognition
- Provide regular updates to stakeholders, including executive leadership, on program status, challenges, and achievements
- Serve as primary contact for talent management and communications for the APX Delivery Stream organization
- Support development of Delivery Stream Functional Excellence staffing forecast
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required
- 7+ years of relevant experience; at least 3 years in a leadership role
- Experience creating and delivering training programs
- Experience teaching adults
- Experience in public speaking
