About the role
- Responsible for all project management processes on small to medium complexity projects or on a portion of medium to high complex projects
- Oversee small to medium sized teams like project controls and engineers as an individual contributor
- Author project plans and develop scope, schedule, and cost baselines
- Manage scope, schedule, cost, risk, procurement, quality, resources, communications, and partners
- Interpret and transmit project/contract requirements and changes through integrated change management process
- Perform project cost forecasts and progress evaluations/projections including Earned Value Management
- Maintain project process metrics and process maps
- Close and archive project work in financial, scheduling, document, and resource management
- Perform final project quality assessment and report identifying lessons and improvements
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, Business, Construction Management, Project Management or related technical discipline
- 2 years of nuclear industry experience
- Knowledge of Project Management Institute's Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK)
