About the role Working as a core member of the IT Service Management team to implement a new ServiceNow system. Supporting the system and spanning responsibilities from configuring the system to building integrations. Participating in code reviews, identifying and resolving defects and code quality issues. Performing quality assurance functions including unit testing, system testing, and integration testing. Analyzing and troubleshooting technical issues in applications and providing timely resolution. Participating in application maintenance activities such as application upgrades, adherence to security protocols, and user support. Obtaining and increasing knowledge with respect to relevant technology, tools, processes, and related best practices. Requirements 0-3 years of experience in Application Development or a related field (ServiceNow preferred). Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field and/or commensurate experience. Certification as a Software Development Professional is desirable in applicable technologies. ServiceNow certification(s) preferred. ITIL v4 Foundations certification preferred.
