• Working as a core member of the IT Service Management team to implement a new ServiceNow system.
• Supporting the system and spanning responsibilities from configuring the system to building integrations.
• Participating in code reviews, identifying and resolving defects and code quality issues.
• Performing quality assurance functions including unit testing, system testing, and integration testing.
• Analyzing and troubleshooting technical issues in applications and providing timely resolution.
• Participating in application maintenance activities such as application upgrades, adherence to security protocols, and user support.
• Obtaining and increasing knowledge with respect to relevant technology, tools, processes, and related best practices.
