Technician

• Perform preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, and installation on S/RMs, conveyors, palletizers, lifts, and robotic systems at customer sites
• Provide on-site customer support and maintain daily communication with customers, including written service reports and follow-up actions
• Support parts and service sales by identifying customer needs and assisting with parts order processing and follow-up
• Conduct routine inspections and equipment repairs on installed systems
• Coordinate technical and business information between customers, Sales, Engineering, and Service teams
• Maintain professional customer relationships while resolving issues in a calm and effective manner
• Submit required documentation and service paperwork accurately and in a timely manner
• Promote teamwork and collaboration within the Service Department
• Perform other duties as assigned
