About the role

  • Lead, mentor, and develop multiple engineering teams working on Angular and Java technologies
  • Provide high-level technical direction and architectural guidance for Angular and Java projects
  • Collaborate with product managers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to define project requirements, scope, and deliverables
  • Drive adoption of agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and continuous delivery practices
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance team productivity and software quality

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field
  • 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in technical management or leadership role
  • Solid understanding of Angular (front-end) and Java/Spring Boot (back-end) technologies
  • Experience managing multiple teams or large-scale projects in a complex organization
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to drive technical excellence and deliver results through others.
