About the role
- owns regional performance and is directly responsible for driving growth by actively leading, coaching, and executing alongside a geographically dispersed sales organization
- Set strategic direction for region that is aligned to company strategy
- Manage the distribution in the region to drive growth according to strategy
- Collaborate across functions to drive continuous improvements in customer experience
- Provide leadership and oversight on the region, strategy, and people capabilities
- Accountable for managing and developing team to execute against sales plan and strategy
- Responsible for setting effective sales plans and targets and managing team's performance to these targets
- Up to 50% travel throughout the region
Requirements
- 15 years of sales experience, preferably in retail payments
- In-depth understanding of financial products and services, market dynamics and regulatory requirements
- Experience owning and managing a P&L with ability to analyze financial data to drive strategy and decisions
- Proven experience developing and executing pricing strategies with real-time market responsiveness, including monitoring competitive dynamics, customer behavior, and performance data
- Proactive sales mindset with proven ability to drive sales forward
- Sales Management experience including managing performance indicators, compensation, and achievement
- GTM Skills (pricing, prospecting etc.)
