About the role

  • owns regional performance and is directly responsible for driving growth by actively leading, coaching, and executing alongside a geographically dispersed sales organization
  • Set strategic direction for region that is aligned to company strategy
  • Manage the distribution in the region to drive growth according to strategy
  • Collaborate across functions to drive continuous improvements in customer experience
  • Provide leadership and oversight on the region, strategy, and people capabilities
  • Accountable for managing and developing team to execute against sales plan and strategy
  • Responsible for setting effective sales plans and targets and managing team's performance to these targets
  • Up to 50% travel throughout the region

Requirements

  • 15 years of sales experience, preferably in retail payments
  • In-depth understanding of financial products and services, market dynamics and regulatory requirements
  • Experience owning and managing a P&L with ability to analyze financial data to drive strategy and decisions
  • Proven experience developing and executing pricing strategies with real-time market responsiveness, including monitoring competitive dynamics, customer behavior, and performance data
  • Proactive sales mindset with proven ability to drive sales forward
  • Sales Management experience including managing performance indicators, compensation, and achievement
  • GTM Skills (pricing, prospecting etc.)
