About the role

  • develop, implement, and maintain leading-edge analytics systems
  • Identify trends and opportunities for growth through analysis of complex datasets.
  • Refine existing data sets and optimize existing reporting & dashboards for improved business insights
  • Create best-practice reports, dashboards and presentations based on data mining, analysis, and visualization
  • Evaluate internal systems for efficiency, problems, and inaccuracies
  • Work directly with functional areas to gather requirements, provide status updates, and build relationships
  • Manage and develop a small team of data analysts.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of data analytics and reporting experience.
  • 1+ years in a lead or manager role.
  • Bachelor’s in data analytics or similar field; MBA or Master’s degree is a plus.
  • Advanced SQL
  • Python or R
  • PowerBI or Tableau
  • Basic Snowflake knowledge.
  • Ability to synthesize complex data sets.
  • Ability to communicate complex topics in a simple way.
