Develop sourcing strategies for the Professional Services category
Liaison with legal, acting as Procurement ambassador to the business
Partner closely with stakeholders to ensure strong alignment with business objectives
Integrate closely with the business to co‑develop and execute strategic initiatives
Drive improvements in key metrics such as cost, quality, deliverables, and cycle-time
Advise requestors on contract terms and conditions, monitoring contract cost, scope, and performance
Recommend cost savings proposals, including alternative sourcing
Exercise independent judgment to determine appropriate action

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree with 7+ years of experience in indirect strategic sourcing with a multi-national organization with an emphasis Professional Services
MBA or JD preferred
Contract Negotiation / Vendor Management / Influencing skills required
Experience and expertise with sourcing & contracting ERP tools (SAP and/or Oracle)
