About the role
- Lead discussions with our BC/NAV clients regarding their requirements and design.
- Exercise careful oversight and provide final approval for BC Functional resource deliverables...
- Actively engage in client status and Steering Committee meetings.
- Grant final sign-off for the overall design.
- Provide dedicated client support for design issues.
- Expertly triage and address escalated design issues.
- Contribute knowledge to assist in scoping requirements for subsequent project phases.
- Offer insights in the pre-sales phase and project estimation.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 BC/NAV
- Gathering requirements, crafting the perfect configuration, testing, training, documentation, and troubleshooting
- Leading teams
- Understanding the importance of change management
- Depth of knowledge in BC/NAV to identify potential system issues
- Experience in Manufacturing both discrete and process industry is a plus
- Understanding Finance, Trade and Logistics, and Warehouse Management Production is a must.
