About the role
- Lead discussions with BC W clients regarding their requirements and design
- Exercise oversight and provide final approval for BC Functional resource deliverables
- Actively engage in client status and Steering Committee meetings
- Grant the final sign-off for the overall design
- Provide dedicated client support for design issues
- Expertly triage and address escalated design issues
- Contribute to scoping the requirements for subsequent project phases
- Offer insights in the pre-sales phase and lend authority to project estimation
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience with Dynamics BC
- Gathering requirements, crafting configuration, testing, training, documentation, and troubleshooting
- Experience leading teams
- Understanding of change management
- Depth of knowledge in BC
- Experience in Manufacturing (discrete and process industry is a plus)
- Understanding of Finance, Trade and Logistics, and Warehouse Management Production
