About the role
- oversee a full range of activities to ensure operational effectiveness and accurate data collection within banking systems and processes
- provide expertise to lead initiatives focused on reimagining operational processes by designing technical solutions that support internal business units
- develop a deep understanding of current and future processes
- create intuitive user-friendly designs
- manage these solutions through development, testing and delivery
- collaborate closely with development teams throughout the Bank to design and integrate processes spanning multiple systems
- facilitate project planning, develop business and reporting requirements, and conduct application testing to ensure a successful application deployment
Requirements
- 8+ years of related experience in Loan Administration, Lending and/or Deposit Sales, or similar field
- High school diploma required
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of general banking operations, including deposit operations, loan administration, treasury management and/or other commercial banking products and services
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of applicable regulatory and legal compliance obligations, rules and regulations, industry standards and practices
- Knowledge of one or more loan types
- Proficient in multi-tasking in a team oriented environment and focused on the highest standards of client service
- Intermediate speaking and writing communication skills
