About the role
- Own the full recruitment process and collaborate with hiring leaders and key stakeholders
- Develop and execute a recruitment strategy to ensure a strong partnership with business leaders
- Proactively source candidates from various sources while ensuring a diverse candidate slate
- Enable and upskill Talent Acquisition Specialists on sourcing and recruitment strategies
- Create a positive candidate experience, guiding leaders on expectations and feedback
- Identify and drive the development of leading processes and overall solutions to improve talent acquisition
Requirements
- 5+ years of related experience
- High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree in related field preferred
- Banking and/or financial services experience preferred
- Experience recruiting Commercial Bankers/Relationship Managers, Portfolio Managers, and/or Commercial Underwriters preferred
- Advanced knowledge of applicable regulatory and legal compliance obligations
- Advanced experience sourcing, recruiting and building strong, diverse talent pipelines
- Advanced experience prioritizing and executing multiple searches at a time with excellent customer focus and attention to detail
- Advanced speaking and writing communication skills
- Occasional travel required
