About the role
- Upload final policies requests, entering orders, performing updates, uploading documents.
- Issue short form and long form Owner’s and Lender’s policies for multiple states.
- Serve as a liaison between the policy team, Westcor Agents and Agency Representatives.
- Review and secure documentation needed to issue title policies.
- Perform update searches when required for policy.
- Review and monitor internal and external reporting to ensure all timelines and service level agreements are met.
- Work collaboratively with outsource partners.
- Email and/or upload completed policies.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required, Baccalaureate degree preferred.
- 2+ years’ experience with title or closing company, with policy typing and/or policy curative experience a plus.
- Strong customer service skills required.
- Experience utilizing ResWare or similar closing software preferred.
