About the role

  • Upload final policies requests, entering orders, performing updates, uploading documents.
  • Issue short form and long form Owner’s and Lender’s policies for multiple states.
  • Serve as a liaison between the policy team, Westcor Agents and Agency Representatives.
  • Review and secure documentation needed to issue title policies.
  • Perform update searches when required for policy.
  • Review and monitor internal and external reporting to ensure all timelines and service level agreements are met.
  • Work collaboratively with outsource partners.
  • Email and/or upload completed policies.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required, Baccalaureate degree preferred.
  • 2+ years’ experience with title or closing company, with policy typing and/or policy curative experience a plus.
  • Strong customer service skills required.
  • Experience utilizing ResWare or similar closing software preferred.
