About the role
- Provide technical and administrative services in a highly complex and global environment
- Support tools and functions providing endpoint deployment maintenance and management
- Consult with the business using standard services and defines implementation concepts
- Actively provide 3rd level support for related to tools like Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager
- Collaborate with the regional and global D&T organization to maintain existing endpoint configuration services
- Participate in local, regional, and global D&T projects and support project execution
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science
- 5+ years of experience of deployment and support and operations of Endpoints
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Strong business and service orientation
- Open to change and prepared to drive change
- Strong project management and coordination skills
- Experiences in collaboration within international teams
- Required Language: English
