About the role
- Drive the strategic direction and operational excellence of warehouse and logistics operations
- Direct all aspects of warehouse operations, ensuring flawless execution, traceability, and regulatory compliance
- Partner with Production, Planning, Procurement, and Quality teams
- Oversee the accuracy, security, and optimization of inventory control systems
- Champion Lean methodologies, process automation, and digital warehouse solutions
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement data-driven improvements
- Leverage enterprise systems to streamline workflows and enhance decision-making effectiveness.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Business Studies, or similar discipline
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse, operations, or inventory management
- APICS qualification
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Proficiency in SAP and a strong understanding of ERP/MRP systems
- Strong experience in applying Lean Manufacturing principles
- Excellent coordination and organizational skills
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyse data and reach solutions.
- Ability to work independently with involvement across multiple business functions.
