About the role

  • Leads the successful delivery of integrated marketing and creative programs across a portfolio of clients by overseeing planning, scoping, and execution activities.
  • Partners closely with senior client stakeholders and internal teams to align delivery models with strategic goals, optimize operational performance, and develop high-performing project management talent.
  • Serve as the primary delivery partner to senior client stakeholders, in partnership with the GVP of Account Management.
  • Lead development of scopes of work, staffing plans, and program-level delivery models aligned to client objectives.
  • Drive operational excellence through standardized delivery processes, tracking frameworks, and issue resolution protocols.
  • Oversee program planning and ensure alignment between capacity and delivery needs by partnering with the Workflow Director.
  • Track and report on delivery health, proactively surfacing risks and implementing corrective actions.
  • Act as an escalation point for delivery or resourcing challenges requiring strategic resolution.
  • Establish and maintain best practices for project intake, scoping, and team resourcing.
  • Mentor, develop, and manage a team of Project Managers and Program Managers.
  • Champion a culture of accountability, curiosity, and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate across departments to ensure delivery remains aligned with strategic and operational objectives.
  • Support change management efforts and contribute to the evolution of WCG’s delivery models and tools.
  • Communicate with co-workers, management, clients, and others in a professional and solution-oriented manner.
  • Conform with and abide by all regulations, policies, work procedures, and instructions.
  • Other duties as assigned.
  • Salary: Annual Salary Range: $138,400 - $152,200

Requirements

  • Proven success in overseeing cross-functional delivery across creative, strategic, and technical workstreams.
  • Strong command of project scoping, resourcing, and estimating practices.
  • Experience implementing tools and frameworks to support project planning and forecasting.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to balance people, process, and performance under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong leadership and mentoring experience, especially within project management teams.
  • A strategic thinker with a solution-oriented mindset and ability to navigate ambiguity.
  • Demonstrated experience improving operations, implementing change management, and driving delivery efficiency.
