The Learning & Leadership Development Advisor supports strategy, design, and delivery of learning and development programs that enhance organizational effectiveness and elevate associate and leadership performance.
The role partners across HR and the business to curate and design impactful learning experiences, drive continuous improvement, and foster a culture of growth and inclusion.
Manage the full lifecycle of learning programs—from design and communication to delivery and continuous improvement aligned with business needs.
Utilizing consultative skills, partner with HRBPs and business leaders to assess organizational needs and execute targeted interventions (e.g., 360-feedback, change management, team building, executive coaching, mentoring programs, onboarding, career development, etc.).
Develop and execute on internal communications plans related to learning programs in alignment with program project plans.
Evaluate, track and report on program effectiveness by collecting and analyzing feedback and recommending and implementing continuous improvements.
Select, curate, and manage human skills and leadership content/learning paths in alignment with business needs in the LMS, and support its ongoing administration and optimization.
Design, develop, deliver, and sustain associate and leader onboarding roadmap.
Partner with vendors to relay strategic business needs. Ensure needs are translated to appropriate learning and monitor vendor performance.
Collaborate across the HR function and business unit training functions to ensure integration and alignment of talent programs, early-career efforts and business needs.
Apply a learner-centric, inclusive lens to ensure tools and processes are practical, accessible, and support meaningful growth.
Requirements
5 years of experience in Learning & Development or Organizational Development role.
Collaborative with ability to build strong, strategic partnerships with internal and external stakeholders.
Problem-solving, systems and critical thinking skills.
Written and verbal communication skills, facilitation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to adjust style to different audiences.
Project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and drive multiple projects to successful completion on time.
Proficiency in organizing, analyzing metrics to drive decision making.
Proactive, results-oriented approach.
Bachelor’s degree in Adult Education, Organizational Development, Human Resources or a related field preferred.
