• Engage with the sales team and Wesper customers for clinic onboarding and clinical support
• Support revenue growth by establishing and nurturing relationships with clinical teams in key markets
• Act as the Client’s Lead for account post sale implementation and execution inclusive of customer training
• Travel and meet with existing and potential clients to identify their clinical needs
• Submit all required reports on a timely basis

• Coordinate potential customer product evaluations and demonstrations
• Act as the clinical “subject matter expert” for the Facility/HealthCare provider and staff
• Travel and meet with existing and potential clients
• Respond to customer needs and complaints with urgency
• Assist in giving clinical presentations and provide support at trade shows, seminars and/or outside symposiums
• Understand national, regional and territory sales objectives and quotas with Regional Sales Managers
• Maintain Salesforce and other platforms accurately

Clinical Sales Specialist

• Own the sales process from start to finish, including prospecting, pitching, negotiating, and closing deals.
• Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities across assigned verticals and regions.
• Meet or exceed revenue targets and quotas through consistent deal closures.
• Build lasting relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in hospitals, clinics, and other target markets.
• Provide exceptional service throughout the sales process to ensure client satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
• Understand customer pain points and position Wesper’s platform as the best solution to address their needs.
• Work closely with Marketing to execute outreach campaigns and strategies for conferences and industry events.
• Manage all opportunities in the CRM system, ensuring accurate data entry, meeting summaries, and account plans.
