Project Manager

• Being fully responsible for delivering quality and service level measurement, the financial performance of 1-2 projects
• Manage the scope, timelines, and budget of the project
• Manage stakeholders' expectations
• Manage changes
• Be involved in the day-to-day release and production activities
• Establish and execute clear communications across all team members and stakeholders
• Ensure that the Scrum teams work within Scrum theory, practices, and rules
• Facilitate Scrum events as requested or needed
• Consistently deliver high-quality customer service
• Manage project documentation & maintain related knowledge base
• Remove impediments to the Development Team’s progress
• Coach teams in self-organisation and cross-functionality
• Conduct performance evaluation of project team members, and provide employee performance feedback to department heads
• Team staffing, hiring, and attrition control

Backend Engineer

• Develop, maintain, and optimize browser automation scripts using Playwright or Puppeteer.
• Collaborate closely with the existing automation engineer to understand current architecture and processes.
• Take ownership of browser-based automation infrastructure and ensure its scalability and reliability.
• Work with Node.js, integrating automation tasks with backend systems and APIs.
• Identify new opportunities for automation and contribute to system improvements.
• Eventually lead a small team of automation engineers as the project expands.
