• Delivery & Workflow Coordination Independently lead small and medium-sized support projects from kickoff to completion.
• Own the full delivery cycle: scope definition, sprint planning, task assignment, backlog management, and release tracking.
• Create and maintain clear tickets in Jira or similar tools, including descriptions and acceptance criteria.
