QA Engineer

• Perform end-to-end manual testing across the full product lifecycle, including development, validation, and release phases;
• Design, execute, and maintain test cases and test scenarios for functional, regression, and integration testing — with a focus on payment flows, transaction states, and financial correctness;
• Take full ownership of the QA process, ensuring consistent product quality across all releases
• Independently validate and approve releases, ensuring platform stability and readiness for deployment;
• Validate financial operations end-to-end: deposits (PUSH / ACH / wire / Fedwire), withdrawals, and crypto deposits to wallet addresses — verifying amounts, fees, currency/asset types, rounding, and balance reconciliation after each operation;
• Test negative and edge cases critical to financial products: insufficient funds, duplicate/idempotent requests, transaction limits, rejected/failed payments, and partial states;
• Identify, document, and track defects, and collaborate with the development team to ensure timely resolution;
• Work closely with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to clarify requirements, payment business logic, and improve product quality;
• Continuously enhance QA processes, methodologies, and documentation standards;
• Actively participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives;

Backend Engineer

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable and high-performance Java applications and microservices.
• Implement software solutions to extend platform functionalities and enhance user experience.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze requirements, define technical solutions, and deliver new features efficiently.
• Participate actively in system improvements, performance optimizations, and architecture discussions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex bugs, performance issues, and technical challenges with a proactive problem-solving mindset.
• Develop new frontend features with a focus on performance, usability, and code quality.
• Write reusable, testable, and maintainable React/TypeScript components following best practices.
• Review teammates' code and provide constructive, actionable feedback.
• Validate implemented features in the development environment before release.
• Participate in grooming and estimation processes, contributing to accurate planning.
• Proactively generate and advocate for new product ideas and improvements.

Full-Stack Developer, Java, TypeScript

• Designing and building backend services that power financial operations - payments, ledgers, transaction processing, and compliance workflows
• Integrating with external payment providers, banking APIs, and crypto infrastructure
• Owning complex backend logic while contributing to React-based frontend when needed
• Ensuring financial data integrity, security, and regulatory compliance across the stack
• Collaborating closely with product and business stakeholders who speak the language of finance

• Create and maintain job descriptions, pre-screen forms, hiring scorecards, and competency matrices
• Actively source candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and internal databases
• Conduct initial HR interviews to assess soft skills, communication, and culture fit
• Collaborate with hiring managers and PMs to understand detailed requirements
• Ensure timely and professional candidate communication across all stages
• Assist with offer prep and negotiations under HR/Legal supervision
• Maintain candidate records in Recruitee and internal tracking sheets
