About the role
- Troubleshoot product defects and production-related issues
- Review complaints and the materials supplied
- Order additional materials through the back office
- Coordinate appointments with customers and/or specialist contractors while optimizing routes
- Carry out repairs or replacements and perform root cause analysis
- Prepare defect reports
- Report new fault patterns to the back office
- Investigate and implement new repair approaches and provide feedback to the factory to eliminate the fault
- Conduct acceptance inspections for RAL installation certificate / deliver trainings
- Inspect/monitor installation performance and provide coaching
- Conduct dealer and installer trainings and practical on-site trainings upon request
Requirements
- Completed vocational training as a window fitter, glazier or metalworker
- 12-month qualification program (e.g., certified electrical specialist for defined tasks)
- Several years of relevant professional experience (over 5 years)
- Good technical understanding and manual skills
- Strong customer focus and solution-oriented approach
- Good German and English language skills
- Proficient in MS Office programs
- Valid driving licence (class B)
- Willingness to travel within the specified area
