- Implement strategies and conduct training to maintain a pipeline focused on meeting or exceeding regional sales objectives
- Establish and grow a network of Safety Directors, End Users, Distributors, and Regional Safety Personnel
- Achieve the annual Regional End User Conversion Dollar target
- Develop and maintain the End User Opportunity Pipeline
- Provide Safety and Product information as Subject Matter Expert
- Promote education and usage of online training tools
- Support events throughout the year, communicating product knowledge and safety aspects
- Lead regional teams with selling new product offerings and ensuring training execution
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred or equivalent work experience required
- Previous Sales experience
- Knowledge of and adherence to OSHA safety standards required.
- 3 ~ 5 years of Direct experience required
- Intermediate level Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint skills
- Intermediate level Microsoft Excel skills
- Fluency bi-Lingual capabilities in Spanish
