About the role

  • Learn, understand, and exemplify the ProDriven Brands ‘We Are One’ company values
  • Implement strategies and conduct training to maintain a pipeline focused on meeting or exceeding regional sales objectives
  • Establish and grow a network of Safety Directors, End Users, Distributors, and Regional Safety Personnel
  • Achieve the annual Regional End User Conversion Dollar target
  • Develop and maintain the End User Opportunity Pipeline
  • Provide Safety and Product information as Subject Matter Expert
  • Promote education and usage of online training tools
  • Support events throughout the year, communicating product knowledge and safety aspects
  • Lead regional teams with selling new product offerings and ensuring training execution

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred or equivalent work experience required
  • Previous Sales experience
  • Knowledge of and adherence to OSHA safety standards required.
  • 3 ~ 5 years of Direct experience required
  • Intermediate level Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint skills
  • Intermediate level Microsoft Excel skills
  • Fluency bi-Lingual capabilities in Spanish
