About the role
- Strategic Sales: Development and implementation of independently developed and centrally provided sales strategies for your territory
- Customer Acquisition & Expansion: Continuous growth of the customer base through targeted new-customer acquisition
- Benchmarking & Pricing/Terms Management: Conduct regular benchmark analyses within your portfolio and pricing/terms structure
- Training & Consulting: Design and deliver theoretical and practical training sessions as well as application consultations
- On-site Technical Service: Regular maintenance and, where necessary, installation of dosing/dispensing systems at customer locations
- Specialist Wholesale & Delivery Quality: Develop and manage specialist wholesale partners to ensure high-quality supply to indirect end customers
Requirements
- Completed commercial/business vocational training
- Several years of professional experience in the advertised role within the commercial cleaning sector
- Solid knowledge of customer structures and an existing network in specialist wholesale and among end customers
- Confident, service-oriented manner
- Proven goal- and results-oriented working approach
- Willingness to travel within the assignment area with minimal overnight stays
