Customer Success Manager

• Support professionals on their journey – You are the primary point of contact for SHK (sanitary, heating and air-conditioning) and electrical professionals and guide them from the first conversation through placement.
• Design application processes to be personal and efficient – You capture candidates' wishes and requirements and ensure a smooth process.
• Find the perfect match – You connect skilled trades businesses and professionals in a meaningful way, considering both technical fit and interpersonal compatibility.
• Collect feedback and improve processes – You gather input and use it to further enhance the candidate experience.
• Work closely with the account team – Together you ensure that all parties are satisfied and collaborate successfully.
• Actively maintain your candidates – You keep in touch, inform them about new opportunities, and support them through the start of their new job.
• Documentation and quality assurance – You ensure that all information is complete and accurately maintained in the system.
