• Proactive communication – You maintain regular contact with candidates and ensure they are well informed and supported throughout the entire process.
• Feedback management – You actively collect feedback from tradespeople and partner companies to continuously improve our processes.
• Interface between candidates and teams – You work closely with internal departments such as Candidate Excellence Management and Account Management to deliver the best possible candidate experience.
• Efficient data maintenance – You record all important candidate information and keep relevant metrics up to date.

• Regular communication – You conduct feedback discussions, ensure customer satisfaction and spot challenges early.
• Data-driven work – You analyze the performance of your accounts and use insights for continuous process improvement.
• Efficient collaboration – You work closely with our candidate team to ensure candidates and companies are ideally matched.

• Finde das perfekte Match – Du bringst Fachkräfte und Handwerksbetriebe sinnvoll zusammen – mit Blick auf fachliche und menschliche Passung.
• Hol Feedback ein und entwickle Prozesse weiter – Du sammelst Rückmeldungen und nutzt sie, um die Candidate Experience noch besser zu machen.
• Arbeite eng mit dem Account-Team zusammen – Gemeinsam stellt ihr sicher, dass alle Seiten zufrieden und erfolgreich zusammenarbeiten.
• Pflege Deine Kandidaten aktiv – Du hältst Kontakt, informierst über neue Chancen und begleitest auch den Start im neuen Job.
• Dokumentation und Qualitätssicherung – Du sorgst dafür, dass alle Informationen vollständig und sauber im System gepflegt sind.
• Du bist die Brücke zwischen Talenten und Betrieben – und schaffst so Mehrwert für das gesamte Handwerk!
