Junior Customer Success Manager

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support professionals on their journey – You are the primary point of contact for SHK (sanitary, heating and air-conditioning) and electrical professionals and guide them from the first conversation through placement.
- Design application processes to be personal and efficient – You capture candidates' wishes and requirements and ensure a smooth process.
- Find the perfect match – You connect skilled trades businesses and professionals in a meaningful way, considering both technical fit and interpersonal compatibility.
- Collect feedback and improve processes – You gather input and use it to further enhance the candidate experience.
- Work closely with the account team – Together you ensure that all parties are satisfied and collaborate successfully.
- Actively maintain your candidates – You keep in touch, inform them about new opportunities, and support them through the start of their new job.
- Documentation and quality assurance – You ensure that all information is complete and accurately maintained in the system.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Strong communication & empathy – You explain things clearly, engage with people, and remain solution-oriented.
- Structure & organization – You work efficiently and never lose overview, even when handling multiple candidates at the same time.
- Initiative & sense of responsibility – You recognize challenges early and address them proactively.
- Team spirit – You enjoy collaboration and are open to feedback and joint solutions.
- Digital affinity – CRM systems, Slack, Zoom are familiar to you.
- Desire to develop – You want to grow, learn new things, and take on responsibility.
- Hands-on mentality – You turn ideas into action quickly and pragmatically.
- German language skills at C2 level, demonstrated in your CV or via appropriate certificates.
