About the role
- Conduct briefing meetings to gain a deep understanding of the role's context
- Write clear, compelling job descriptions aligned with the employer brand
- Proactively identify qualified professionals using recruitment platforms
- Review resumes, administer screening questionnaires, and conduct initial interviews
- Administer and interpret behavioral profile assessments
- Support candidates throughout all stages, ensuring clear communication
- Produce structured technical and behavioral evaluation reports
Requirements
- Hands-on experience in Recruitment and Selection
- Ability to understand the technical requirements of roles
- Conduct structured interviews
- Objective analysis and decision-making based on defined criteria
- Clear, professional communication
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple processes simultaneously
- Alignment with Werecruiter's consultative approach
- Experience with ATS and recruitment tools (recommended)
- Knowledge of behavioral assessment (recommended)
- Experience with active sourcing and Boolean search (recommended)
- Experience in consultative recruitment or recruitment BPO (recommended)
- Analytical skills and ability to interpret recruitment metrics (recommended)
- Knowledge of employer branding and candidate experience (recommended)
- Interest in HR technology, data, and innovation
