About the role

  • Support the implementation and use of Werecruiter's People Analytics and AI solutions within recruitment and human development routines.
  • Assist in structuring and validating tool use cases with the internal team and clients.
  • Support the management of recruitment and assessment systems, including candidate sourcing, organizing pipelines and monitoring processes.
  • Tabulate results, organize data and support the generation of operational metrics and reports.
  • Support the monitoring of candidate and employee journeys, ensuring information is kept up to date and consistent.
  • Provide operational support for selection and development processes, including candidate contact via the system.
  • Continue and follow up on processes initiated by automations, bots and AI workflows.
  • Use spreadsheets to support organization, control and tracking of activities.
  • Support process improvement initiatives, implementation of new technologies and automations.
  • Work in a guided capacity on process and project management activities.

Requirements

  • Genuine interest in technology, data, AI and people management.
  • Quick to learn and able to adapt to dynamic environments.
  • Organized, detail-oriented and responsible regarding data and processes.
  • Good communication skills for interacting with internal teams, candidates and clients.
  • Familiarity with spreadsheets (Excel or Google Sheets).
  • Proactive profile and willing to learn on the job.
  • Interest or introductory knowledge in People Analytics, data or BI (a plus).
  • Previous exposure to recruitment, selection or people development (a plus).
  • Basic understanding of process or project management (a plus).
  • Curiosity or initial experience with AI, automations, bots or prompt engineering (a plus).
  • Interest in analyzing people-related metrics and indicators (a plus).
