About the role
- Audit and strategically direct project execution
- Review and evolve implementation models
- Recruit, train and develop high-performing teams
- Assess leaders and define continuous development plans
- Define consultant allocation to projects
- Analyze revenue, costs and forecasts for the area
- Define and monitor operational KPIs
- Address escalated issues and mitigate risks
- Organize meetings to standardize and simplify solutions
- Forward validated solutions to the Project Management Office (PMO)
- Drive improvements in the implementation model
- Ensure mastery of the product and implementation processes
- Serve as mentor and coach for leadership
- Implement process automation and digitization
- Promote innovation, continuous improvement and reduction of rework
- Manage change in high-pressure, complex environments
