Accountant

• Ensuring data and booking quality in plant management accounting in accordance with group standards, including coordination with plant teams, training on financial processes, and communication with other management accountants to harmonize accounts, bookings, and data.
• Monitoring and analyzing production costs, performing accruals, checking bookings, open orders, and invoice discrepancies.
• Supporting forecasts (IBP), data entry in Tagetik, and the creation of reports for decision-making processes at the plant.
• Controlling and maintaining relevant production and financial data such as bills of materials (BOM), work plans, stock levels, and inventory valuations, as well as performing inventory reconciliations and internal audits to ensure data quality.
• Supporting the mill controller with project calculations (CAPEX/OPEX), forecast updates, CIP initiatives, and the optimization, simplification, and automation of controlling processes.

Management Accountant

Operations

• You handle order processing and monitor orders through to on-time delivery.
• You process complaints and returns.
• You also create and process credit notes.
• You communicate with customers and customer service colleagues as well as with internal departments such as Sales and Supply Chain to clarify order details, occasionally in English.
• Handling customer-specific requirements includes scheduling appointments, managing customer portals, and processing customs clearance.
• Last but not least, you supervise interns and trainees in the department.

• You ensure the ongoing administration and quality assurance of the Goal and Performance cycles, including preparation, data validation, testing activities and end-user support.
• You maintain, document and manage role descriptions as a key foundation for performance management, development discussions and talent-related processes.
• You create and continuously update training materials, Oracle Guided Learning content and user documentation to support the smooth implementation of system changes.
• You support data quality management activities, including data validation and plausibility checks within Oracle HCM.
• You provide operational support for system testing, release preparation and regression testing, particularly during peak periods such as rollouts or performance cycles.
