Cloud Engineer

• You design and deploy enterprise-level cloud and on-premise architectures on Microsoft Azure and our virtualized data center (VMware/vSphere, Proxmox) to support us in our digital transformation by advancing the implementation of our WEPA.cloud
• You translate business requirements into hybrid infrastructure solutions, ensuring they align with the company's objectives and IT strategy by collaborating in an agile setting with IT, development, and business teams
• You lead initiatives to optimize infrastructure cost, performance, and security across both cloud and on-premise environments
• You architect and maintain the integration between on-premises infrastructure (virtualization, storage, networking) and Azure services, ensuring seamless hybrid connectivity
• You design and evolve our virtualization platforms (VMware vSphere, Proxmox), including compute, storage, and disaster recovery strategy
• You stay updated with Azure's latest offerings as well as developments in virtualization and system architecture, leveraging them to drive innovation and efficiency
• You develop and implement cloud and infrastructure governance, best practices, and standards, and mentor teams on Azure and on-premise system architecture
• You work on a broad variety of digital technology projects (including Industry 4.0, Robotic Process Automation, etc.)

Senior Cloud & System Architect

General

• You take ownership of the receivables portfolio, ensuring timely cash collection, optimized credit limits and minimized overdue balances.
• You act as a business partner for Sales, Customer Service and Key Account Management, proactively providing insights on overdue receivables, credit exposure and risk development.
• You provide transparent reporting to Management and proactively recommend data-driven countermeasures to mitigate financial risks.
• You ensure compliance with internal receivables and credit management policies and actively contribute to their further development, including policies, guidelines and strategies.
• You maintain and monitor credit limits, ensuring accuracy and consistency of all relevant data in JDE.
• You collaborate closely with Group Functions (e.g. Treasury, Accounting) to support reporting, analysis, process optimization and customer account reconciliation.
• You identify, prioritize and drive process improvements across BU Professional, particularly in collection processes, cash allocation and dispute management.
• You manage and optimize the interaction with credit insurance partners to ensure alignment, coverage transparency and risk mitigation.
• You contribute to improving key financial KPIs such as DSO, overdue balances and bad debt exposure.
• You enhance transparency and data quality in receivables reporting.
• You support cash flow optimization and proactive financial risk management.

Expert Receivables & Credit Management – BU Professional

Accountant

• Ensuring data and booking quality in plant management accounting in accordance with group standards, including coordination with plant teams, training on financial processes, and communication with other management accountants to harmonize accounts, bookings, and data.
• Monitoring and analyzing production costs, performing accruals, checking bookings, open orders, and invoice discrepancies.
• Supporting forecasts (IBP), data entry in Tagetik, and the creation of reports for decision-making processes at the plant.
• Controlling and maintaining relevant production and financial data such as bills of materials (BOM), work plans, stock levels, and inventory valuations, as well as performing inventory reconciliations and internal audits to ensure data quality.
• Supporting the mill controller with project calculations (CAPEX/OPEX), forecast updates, CIP initiatives, and the optimization, simplification, and automation of controlling processes.
