About the role

  • Work closely with potential clients, demonstrating a consultative approach.
  • Maintain a healthy business relationship with key stakeholders to increase sales within existing accounts.
  • Develop and execute account plans to deepen relationships, deliver value and grow partnerships.
  • Prepare and present product demonstrations.
  • Manage the entire sales process from qualification to closure.
  • Perform outbound activities to build a revenue pipeline (conferences, personal meetings on-site).
  • Work closely with the pre-sales team to prepare the best suited offering to prospects and clients.
  • Update client data and communications within the CRM.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in a client facing role, working with enterprise accounts, Inbound & Outbound.
  • Proven experience in accurately forecasting and hitting revenue targets.
  • Ability to interact and communicate with individuals at all levels of the organization.
  • Tech-savvy with strong analytical and technical skills.
  • Desire to work in a fast-paced, hyper-growth start-up working environment.
  • Strong work ethic, integrity and desire to succeed and learn.
  • Problem-solver, resourceful and independent.
  • Superb written and verbal communication skills in English, as well as interpersonal skills.
