About the role
- Work closely with potential clients, demonstrating a consultative approach.
- Maintain a healthy business relationship with key stakeholders to increase sales within existing accounts.
- Develop and execute account plans to deepen relationships, deliver value and grow partnerships.
- Prepare and present product demonstrations.
- Manage the entire sales process from qualification to closure.
- Perform outbound activities to build a revenue pipeline (conferences, personal meetings on-site).
- Work closely with the pre-sales team to prepare the best suited offering to prospects and clients.
- Update client data and communications within the CRM.
Requirements
- 5+ years in a client facing role, working with enterprise accounts, Inbound & Outbound.
- Proven experience in accurately forecasting and hitting revenue targets.
- Ability to interact and communicate with individuals at all levels of the organization.
- Tech-savvy with strong analytical and technical skills.
- Desire to work in a fast-paced, hyper-growth start-up working environment.
- Strong work ethic, integrity and desire to succeed and learn.
- Problem-solver, resourceful and independent.
- Superb written and verbal communication skills in English, as well as interpersonal skills.
