About the role
- oversee the planning, processes and implementation of WeMove Europe’s campaign work
- lead and oversee European-wide campaigns
- write inspiring campaign content and implement tactics that drive real-world impact
- build partnerships and use digital tools to optimize campaign performance
- coordinate and coach the Campaigners
- oversee campaign processes, schedules, and performance metrics
- advise the Campaigns Management Team on strategies, launches, and fundraising actions
- foster a positive and productive working culture in the campaigns team
- provide development-focused feedback where necessary
Requirements
- passionate about empowering people to realize their own power and become agents of change
- ability to write inspiring, clear, and impactful copy in English
- data-driven and results-oriented
- experience in political or advocacy campaigning (non-partisan), ideally with a digital focus
- strong knowledge of the political and social context in your country
- understanding of how the EU system works
- ability to thrive in collaborative, international teams
- deeply committed to systemic change in Europe, aligned with values of solidarity, sustainability, justice, and democracy
- fluent in English and willing to travel within Europe when needed
- previous experience working with NGO's
